Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an SMS to confirm your delivery address, once confirmed, your order will be shipped right away.
If the delivery address is not confirmed, we will still attempt to deliver the order to the address added when the order was placed. Our in-house driver will call you while he on the way to you.

Our team will book your return and a courier partner will pass by within 3 to 5 working days to collect your item. Debit/Credit card refunds will be processed back to the same debit/credit card used when the order was placed.
Please note that refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect back into your account depending on your payment providor

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
Additionally, you will receive an SMS from our carrier partner when your order is out for delivery with a link for real time tracking.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange requests at the moment.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend you return the original item and once the refund is processed after quality check, you can place a new order for the desired item.

We do not offer any instore exchanges at the moment, however you can visit any of our boutiques and return the item.

All debit/credit card payments are refunded back to the original card used during checkout. Please note that the amount will reflect back into your account within 5 to 7 working days depending on your provider.
