Tanagra Returns & Refund Policy

  • Free return service is available for all online purchases
  • Products unused and in satisfactory condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging to return your order
  • Products that have been personalized will not be accepted
  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you
  • The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable
  • Tanagra reserves the right to refuse the return of any Items that do not meet the above return requirements
  • Currently, we do not offer any exchanges. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability

How do I request to return an item?

You can return the products by contacting the Tanagra Concierge Service or by logging into your account via the My Account page and filling in the Return Form to Initiate the return process.

Our concierge team will arrange for a free pick-up via our partner courier service. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product (including VAT). The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable

Refunds of merchandise returned to www.tanagra.com can take up to ten to fourteen (10 -14) business days after receipt and a refund confirmation email will be sent to confirm the details.

  • Payment by Card: Depending on your financial institution, please allow additional days for the refund to be posted to your account
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: E-Voucher will be issued for refunds for returns against cash on delivery orders
  • Buy Now Pay Later - Tabby & Tamara Payment: Once the return is approved, your payment instructions are automatically cancelled, and you will receive a refund for the amount already paid to the original mode of payment (the card used for payment) within 3 working days

Manufacturing Faults

Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six (6) months of purchase. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.

Products Outside Our Return Policy

For all return requests items outside of our Return Policy, please contact our Concierge Service. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Concierge Service who will be happy to assist you in your request.

Please note: We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
