Items returned must be in the original complete retail packaging. A full refund will only be granted if the product is deemed faulty by the retailer. Refunds will only be applied to the original payment method. Products can only be returned in the country which they were originally purchased. Rideable items (skateboards, scooters, bikes, mobility devices etc.) may only be returned in a new, unopened condition. The following products are not eligible for a return: Bathroom appliances (toothbrushes, electronic shavers etc.) Personal apparel items (underwear, bathing suits etc.) Electronic software downloads, service vouchers and subscriptions; other exclusions may apply.
